When you book an appointment with Metta Recovery, a Registered Nurse will be paired with you and subsequently arrive at your location. The nurse will come with your IV treatment which is prepared the same day to maximize efficacy and absorption (not all of our competitors do this). The IV treatment is administered through a vein in your arm. It will consist of your IV bag selection as well as any additions you have requested. Next, all you do is simply relax for about 30-45 minutes while the treatment bag is administered under supervision.

Every individual has a unique set of requirements and we treat each customer uniquely. Hence, the duration of the procedure usually depends on several factors. However, we consider 30-45 minutes as a standard duration.

We accept payment in cash, credit, or debit card. Please note that other forms of payment are not accepted, and that the preferred method is credit card.

At Metta, we understand that unexpected situations can arise in a hectic world. If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know at your earliest convenience. If you fail to notify us of a cancellation 2 hours prior to the appointment, there will be a $99.00 cancellation fee. Kindly note that this fee is also applicable in case of a no-show, that is, missing an appointment from your end.
